The direction I had for this commission was simply "draw me a cat dressed as a spy". And just like that Spy Cat was born.
I experimented with Photoshop but decided I would go with clean lines on this one. Cracked open illustrator and started laying some paths down.
Lines are done and now I can add some color and shading.
And voila! The final has some basic shading with some grunge textures as an overlay in photoshop.
